Surcharge for fees from the bank may appear.
Reservations
We reserve the right to make any printing errors regarding price and information about the goods/services on the site. Contact us if you have any questions. We aim to help you with a successful trade.
Processing of the purchase
Once you have paid for your ticket or annual card, you will receive an email with a receipt and a link to your digital ticket, and a printable version in PDF format. This is your proof of purchase, and you must bring and present one of these at the entrance to the museums you are going to visit.
You are responsible for providing the correct contact information. If you do not receive the e-mail within the expected time, you are asked to check the spam filter, the junk e-mail box and/or contact the Lillehammer Museum Foundation by e-mail or telephone.
Personal information
The Lillehammer Museum Foundation processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You can read more about our processing of personal data in the privacy statement.
Card information
When you shop at Stiftelsen Lillehammer museum, you can choose between available payment options on the website.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for buying the right product and the right number, providing the right contact information, paying on time, checking, and taking care of the pdf document sent by e-mail. In case of any defects in the services, you are obliged to complain within a reasonable time.
Complaints and right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply to ticket bookings for a cultural event that is set on a specific date or a specific period, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter m. Therefore it is important that you make sure that you have chosen the right products before the reservation is confirmed. We cannot refund tickets already purchased or exchange them for other tickets.
Right of appeal
If there is something you are dissatisfied with, we would like you to contact us. If we are unable to agree, you, as a consumer, have the opportunity to contact the Consumer Council. The Consumer Council assists with alternative dispute resolution, as an alternative to court proceedings in disputes between seller and buyer.
